These Terms of Service apply to your use of the RentRadar services. By using our website or app, you accept these terms.
Article 1 — Service provider identification
- •RentRadar is a trade name of JDB Solutions B.V., a private limited company under Dutch law, established in the Netherlands.

- •KvK number: 83015655 | VAT number: NL862692210B01
- •RentRadar has no physical presence in Belgium. The service is offered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) from the Netherlands to users in Belgium.
- •RentRadar is NOT a licensed real estate agent and is not registered with the BIV/IPI (Belgian Institute of Real Estate Agents). RentRadar is exclusively an automated information service.
Article 2 — Service description
- •RentRadar is an automated information service that scans publicly available rental property listings from real estate agency websites in Belgium.
- •The service sends you notifications (via email and/or push notification) when new properties matching your search criteria become available.
- •RentRadar provides no rental guarantee, does not act as an intermediary in rental agreements, and has no contractual relationship with landlords or real estate agencies.
- •Information on the platform originates from third parties. RentRadar cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of the displayed data.
Article 3 — Subscription and payment
- •RentRadar offers a free basic plan and a paid RentRadar Pro subscription. Current pricing is available on the pricing page of the website or app.
- •Payments are processed via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store under the billing terms of Apple Inc. and Google LLC respectively.
- •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Article 4 — Right of withdrawal
- •As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, without giving a reason. This right is based on EU Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in the Dutch Civil Code (Art. 6:230o BW) and in the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Art. VI.47 CEL).
- •Under the Rome I Regulation (EU No. 593/2008, Art. 6(2)), Belgian consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of Belgian consumer law, regardless of the governing law chosen in these terms.
- •To exercise your right of withdrawal for direct purchases, send a clear statement by email to support@rentradar.be within the 14-day period.
- •Purchases made via the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.
Article 5 — Governing law and jurisdiction
- •These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek / Dutch Civil Code).
- •Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Rechtbank Zeeland-West-Brabant (Middelburg), the Netherlands, unless mandatory law designates a different court.
- •Belgian consumers retain, under the Rome I Regulation (Art. 6(2)), the benefit of the mandatory protective provisions of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

- •For complaints, questions or comments, contact us at support@rentradar.be. We aim to handle your complaint within 5 business days.
