Frequently asked questions
I'm not receiving notifications. What can I do?
Check that notifications are enabled in your phone settings: Settings → Notifications → RentRadar. Also make sure your radars are active in the app via 'My Radar'.
How do I change my search location or criteria?
Go to 'My Radar' in the app and tap the radar you want to edit. You can adjust the location, radius, budget, property type and number of bedrooms.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your subscription settings in the respective store app and cancel RentRadar Pro.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account via Settings → Delete account in the app. All your data, alerts and favourites will be permanently deleted.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap 'Forgot password?' and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link by email. Also check your spam folder if you don't receive the email.
How many radars can I create?
With the free plan you can create 1 radar. With RentRadar Pro you can create multiple radars for different search criteria or cities.
Is my data shared with third parties?
