How long do we retain your data?

• ⏱Account data: As long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is permanently erased within 30 days.
• ⏱Location data: We do not store location data permanently. It is only used for real-time map display.
• ⏱Usage data: Up to 24 months for analytical purposes
• ⏱Legal retention obligation: Some data (e.g. invoices) must be retained longer to comply with tax legislation (up to 7 years in Belgium)
