You can enable or disable location access at any time in your device settings. If you deny location permission, map features may not work optimally, but you can still search by postal codes and city names.

- •Interactions with the app (viewed properties, opened alerts)
- •App session data (when you open and close the app)

- •Error messages and crash reports (to fix bugs)
4. Device Data
- •Device type (iOS/Android)

- •Unique device identifier (for push notifications)
- •IP address (temporary, only for security and fraud prevention)

Do we share your data with others?
We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We only share data with:
- •Service providers: As described above (RevenueCat, Mapbox, Firebase, Expo)
- •Legal obligations: If we are legally required to share data (e.g. by court order)
- •Business transfer: In case of merger, acquisition or sale of assets (you will be notified)
How long do we retain your data?
- ⏱Account data: As long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is permanently erased within 30 days.
- ⏱Location data: We do not store location data permanently. It is only used for real-time map display.
- ⏱Usage data: Up to 24 months for analytical purposes
- ⏱Legal retention obligation: Some data (e.g. invoices) must be retained longer to comply with tax legislation (up to 7 years in Belgium)
Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
